Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role requires expertise in HR practices, training development, and executive recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with company objectives
- Utilize platforms to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Handle employee relations and address any recruitment-related issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role with expertise in executive recruiting
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a contract basis if required
