- Prepare, edit and maintain a schedule of setups and strikes for every event booking on campus through EMS (scheduling system) and Google Calendar. There are multiple event bookings every day
- Work with others on the event team to ensure all booking details are provided and entered into EMS (scheduling system) in a timely manner
- Run reports and manipulate data daily
- Maintain the schedule of rental items and their delivery dates, pickup dates, quantities, etc.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues by remaining alert and responsive to their needs via phone calls, email and in-person conversations/meetings
- Respond calmly and effectively to on-the-fly requests for changes
- Naturally organized with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Create and continuously update an inventory list of all department owned equipment
