Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby areas both in Hotel & Convention Center
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Ensure all common areas are well-maintained and presentable
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and restock supplies as necessary
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures
-Ability to communicate effectively via radio with co-workers for streamlined guest service
-Ability to multi-task, prioritizing guest needs
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques
Note: Housekeeping management experience is not required for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
