Role Overview:
The Media Buyer is a crucial part of our marketing team, responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and other team members to drive successful marketing initiatives that align with our mission and core values. You will own all aspects of paid media, ensuring our advertising efforts are effective, innovative, and aligned with our brand's objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and managing blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) from paid media campaigns.
A $25,000 yearly bonus is paid quarterly to meet

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Paid Media Ownership: Take full ownership of paid media strategies, from conception to execution, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- ROAS & CAC Management: Drive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and manage blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to ensure cost-effective and profitable campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members specializing in copywriting, video production, marketing technology, and funnel building to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve targeted outcomes.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale campaigns and enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Reporting: Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- B2C High-Ticket Offers: Experience with high-ticket offers, such as Amazon FBA, and a strong understanding of the B2C market.
- Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns with daily budgets ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
- Independence: A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and seek help when needed.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience running paid traffic campaigns with a track record of success.
- Marketing Ecosystem Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the entire paid marketing ecosystem, including ads, funnels, attribution, sales, and email marketing.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including ad management and analytics tools.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $72,000 yearly during a 90-day probationary period.
- A $25,000 yearly bonus is paid quarterly upon meeting certain KPIs.
