Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to individuals across various medical settings.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures such as CT scans, mammography, ventilator management, triage, spinal taps, etc.
- Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions and treatments
- Maintain accurate medical documentation following HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Manage cases involving memory care, dementia care, and case management
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various medical procedures including CT scans, mammography, ventilator management, triage, spinal taps, etc.
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, and case management is a plus
