The Clinical Supervisor will supervise Level 3 PRS Intensive Case Managers and provide clinical oversight for crisis intervention and clinical referrals, and advise on services provided under Level 1 and Level 2 PRS.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides leadership for Level 3 PRS Intensive Case Managers in developing safety planning with families.
Provide ongoing individual and group coaching sessions to staff for processing of complex cases and best practices.
Provide mental health crisis intervention.
Oversees the responsibilities for data entry and maintaining case files. Ensures completion of all paperwork and service documentation in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus at least two years of postgraduate direct service experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences. Clinical supervisors must have prior supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical supervision.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
LICENSES: LMSW, LMHC, or other counseling license.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
