Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough cleaning and preparation of apartments so that apartments are ready for check-in, ensuring they meet our high standards for guest arrivals.
- Performing various tasks such as dropping off items at guest apartments, sorting and organizing storage areas, and maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.
- Being readily available on-site to address any urgent needs or issues that may arise, ensuring a swift and effective response.
- Coordinating with the management team and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitoring property conditions and reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the management team.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
