Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
Requirements:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
