All Generations Health Care, Inc. is a rapidly expanding and Innovative Home Health Company seeking a Marketing Representative / Physician Liaison to Market our HOSPICE program in the RIO GRANDE VALLEY REGION. The Marketing Representative is responsible for generating referrals by building or having already built strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. The Marketing Representative interacts with discharge planners, case managers and families at designated facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, personal care homes, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans that promote census growth, community recognition, and increase referrals.
- Track Referral trends, monitor development and identify key target marketing opportunities.
- Plan and organize marketing events, host luncheons, and informationals.
- Educate key stakeholders about hospice and palliative care.
- Oversee initial patient consent to begin hospice care and ensure these documents make it to the office.
- Attend weekly meetings and address successes, competitor information and future opportunities for growth.
- Meet your given quota and/or expectations set by the Director of Business Development
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong, effective communication skills, and responsiveness to accounts.
- Ability to build personal relationships in a short period of time.
- Effective leadership, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Licensed driver with an insured vehicle and reliable transportation.
- Utmost compassion and integrity for patient care and hospice philosophy.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in hospice or healthcare field
- Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred but not required.
- Ability to work full-time hours and manage a territory. Physician Liaison

Job Summary: The Physician Liaison is responsible for managing the communication between the doctors and the staff at All Generations Health Care, Inc.. This position will be responsible for working with our marketing team to develop a strategy to increase patient engagement and retention. This position will also be responsible for managing social media accounts and posting content that is relevant to the doctor community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Manage communication between doctors and marketing team.
·Work with marketing team on content creation and execution.
·Monitor social media accounts for consistent posting of content that is relevant to the doctor community.
·Work with sales team on new business opportunities.
·Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
·Work with marketing team on new initiatives that will drive patient engagement and retention.
·Monitor patient engagement metrics and appropriate follow-up actions to ensure success of programs at All Generations Health Care, Inc..
·Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
·1+ years of marketing experience in a physician practice preferred.
·Experience in a physician practice preferred but not required.
·Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (or not specifically required if no experience).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
