ob Summary
The Software Implementation Specialist will work on small- and large-scale implementations for SPD software deployment & systems integration. This position requires working directly with the customer to perform onsite troubleshooting, problem-solving, risk escalation, and general assistance related to system functionality. The Software Implementation Specialist will participate in all daily activities related to the implementation project as set forth by the Implementation Lead.

Job Functions
- Primary responsibilities include onsite implementations and customer technical support when needed.
- Provide end user & technical training
- Identify and convey project scope changes and custom programming requirements
- Create site specific and/or product documentation
- Perform comprehensive testing for quality assurance.
- Helps to create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the support and broader organization by identifying areas of improvement in relation to the implemented software.
- Participate in both internal and customer meetings as required.
- Prepare & facilitate support hand-off presentations to support team
- Interact with 3rd party providers to integrate their machines/products
- Input complete and accurate work logs
- Submission of daily progress reports

Minimum Acceptable Training and Experience:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Basic computer hardware & network troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to multi-task between projects
- Education/Experience:
- Proficient technical skills and use of technology
- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- Minimum 4 years Sterile Processing Technician experience
- 2 years quality assurance (QA) experience
- Experience working with tracking systems
Preferred:Alignment Requirements
- CIS or CHL certification
- 1-2 years educator experience
