Lisa & Leroy is an interior design firm that offers a full-service approach to interiors. We work with clients on every aspect of their interiors and have a ton of fun doing it. Want a kitchen remodel? We do that. Looking for draperies and a living room revamp? We do that too.
This is a full-time position with a possible hybrid work schedule, where you need to spend half the week working at the Lisa & Leroy warehouse.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and vendor relationships. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Procurement
- Manage the end-to-end order process for materials and inventory including purchase orders, payment, follow-up, and delivery schedules
- Maintain the order and installation calendars and inbox
- Organize for warranty calls, returns, and damaged items with vendors
- Conduct cost analysis and report discrepancies to leadership
- In coordination with the bookkeeper, categorize income for all design income purchases
Inventory & Warehouse:
- Manage all L&L inventory and conduct an annual inventory count
- Manage the warehouse team including training and development
- Create and maintain inventory best practices and report opportunities to leadership
- Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses
- Maintain safety protocols
- Create delivery schedules for warehouse team in coordination with project management and the design team
Vendor Relationships:
- Develop and manage vendor partnerships & setup new accounts as needed
- Manage the L&L vendor files in all L&L software platforms
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Required Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar procurement role
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot when issues arise
- Self-start, independently work, with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills; A knowledge of Apple & Google products preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Comfortable with ever-changing needs and ambiguity
This position requires interaction with vendors and brand representatives and the candidate must be highly professional and responsible. Must have experience with technology including mac and google suite. Must have your own transportation to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
