ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- work with all other cooks to produce all food orders
- Ensure all cooking techniques and plate presentations are being followed
- Ensures that the kitchen is clean and compliant with all regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, employment law and safety
- Deliver world-class levels of exceptional and stylish cuisine within the confines of the established culinary style
- Be punctual, team player and motivated worker.
- Work with the Chef to ensure all dishes, siverware, glassware are cleaned and put away.
- Keep entire kitchen clean and sanitary throughout the shift.

Experience
- At least One year of progressive experience in food preparation
- experience in different stations and positions in a kitchen including hot foods, cold foods, desserts
Education
- Certificate of Sanitation fromServe Safe or local establishment
OTHER
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Physically fit and agile; able to carry 40 pounds
