Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Materials Manager Assistant / Office Assistant to help the Materials Manager oversee the supply chain and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Administrator and Materials Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Inputs received inventory into the purchase order; confirming pricing, quantity, and updates pricing.
- Matches packing slips to purchase orders and invoices. Confirms that pricing and quantity match on purchase orders match the invoice.
- Maintains accurate filing system of purchase orders to allow for easy identification of outstanding orders.
- Maintains accrual spreadsheet on a daily basis.
- Helps with quarterly physical inventory.
- Participates in performance improvement activities as related to inventory process.
- Works closely with the Business Office and Materials Manager to ensure efficient and timely completion of inventory.
- Cross trains in Admissions for patient registration.
- Cross trains in Insurance Verification.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Microsoft Office and Excel required.
- Ability to organize work and follow through on own initiative.
- Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
