Responsibilities: - In-bound and Out-bound calls, record documents, invoices, and reports - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records - Assist with data entry and inventory management - Use Google Drive and Spreadsheets - Monitor Accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English
- Experience interacting with customers over the phone
- Good communication skills
- Good Customer service
- Proficient in using office software
- Proficient in typing and data entry
