Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Livegistics, you will play a crucial role in driving the initial stages of the sales process and expanding our customer base. Your primary role will be to identify and qualify potential leads, setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Your success will hinge on your ability to effectively communicate the value of our cloud-based solutions to prospective customers in the waste management and material integration industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Conduct research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a good fit with Livegistics' solutions. Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain initial relationships with potential customers, providing them with relevant information and resources to advance their interest in Livegistics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns. Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on qualified leads.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and product offerings.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system. Regularly update and maintain the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
