We are currently seeking a full-time Unit Secretary/Patient Services Coordinator with excellent customer service and administrative skills is needed for our Nursing team!!
In this role you will make transportation arrangements on behalf of residents for any off-site doctor’s office or follow up treatments, answer the phones, greet guests to the unit, provide superior customer service, scan relevant resident paperwork into the EMR and any other office type duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Must have a clear background check, and a strong desire to work directly with residents in the health care field
- Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Skill in accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities to achieve desired goals in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of position
- CNA license in the state of Florida is preferred
