Spring EQ is seeking a Post Closing Analyst to join our Post Closing Team! The Post Closing Analyst will review and ensure quality control for the post-closing of mortgage loan packages. The Post Closing Analyst will review closed loan packages for accuracy, prepare closed loans for shipment to the appropriate parties, and follow up on outstanding documentation after closing.
Responsibilities:
- Review loan files for accuracy and completion

Ensure that all necessary documents are provided by Spring EQ customers and investors

Review closed loan documents for accuracy and compliance with investor guidelines and state and federal regulations

Set up files for delivery for Spring EQ investors
-
Package and ship each loan according to investor guidelines
-
Monitor pipelines to ensure loans are received, shipped
- Communicate with Spring EQ team members in a customer service-oriented manner with sensitivity to deadlines
-
Provide administrative and/or clerical support to the Post Closing team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly

Strong verbal and written communication skills required
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to manage time, multitask and meet deadlines
-
