Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to coordinate curriculum
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and meets safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for young children
- Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in infant care, preschool, toddler care, or special education
- Understanding of childhood development principles
