JOB SUMMARY:
The dispatcher is responsible for effectively communicating between customers and service technicians, ensuring customer needs are addressed and resolved promptly while delivering superior customer service.
This role operates on a rotational schedule of 7 days on (6 pm – 6 am) followed by 7 days off.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls and directly communicate with customers to gather job-related information.
- Receive and prioritize requests for service from customers and internal departments.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians as needed.
- Provide superior customer service through effective communication.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
- Dispatch technicians and communicate estimated time of arrival (ETA) to customers.
- Monitor the status and location of all field personnel and equipment.
- Enter tickets in D365 and Work Orders in myMaintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and adhere to all legal requirements and company policies, including but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Quality, and HSES.
- Fulfill financial responsibilities as communicated by the manager or per the local/global Delegation of Authority, when applicable.
- Comply with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and HSE.
- Assist RigLINE 24/7 with overflow call volume and other related duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
