The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our clients, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of our clients' business needs and the ability to identify candidates who will contribute to their success. As part of our outsourced HR department, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver high-quality recruitment services tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
An ideal candidate for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist position is a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams. Organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and meticulous attention to detail is essential for reviewing resumes and conducting candidate assessments. Additionally, the candidate should be tech-savvy, with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

The office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, schedule can vary based on business needs.
Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs of HR Wise llc clients.

Develop deep understanding of clients' culture, values, and hiring requirements to ensure alignment in candidate selection.

Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the client's culture.

Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.

Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations

Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments as needed.

Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation for clients, ensuring that new employees receive necessary information, training, and support to succeed in their roles.

Ensure all documentation related to the recruitment and onboarding process is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is preferred..

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
