The Roustabout Foreman position is responsible for leading a crew working on various projects. The position is diverse and may vary on a daily basis but has a focus on oil site/equipment maintenance and industrial piping. The Roustabout Foreman is someone willing to work with their team in challenging outdoor environments over long hours in a fast paced workplace. They also work with equipment such as backhoe, forklift, skid loader, trucks and trailers, vacuum truck, and so forth. Sentry crews work traditional work schedules (no rotational shifts) Monday through Friday with weekends available.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with direct supervisor, local management and customer representatives.
- Directs and/or provides supervision of certain tasks performed by all assigned roustabouts.
- Provides direction and supervision of subcontracted services, to include but not limited to roustabouts, pipeline contractors, well servicing contractors, electricians and electrical contractors, materials suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Provides and/or ensures accurate and timely reporting of daily activities.
- Coordinates materials needs and delivery timing activities with suppliers.
- Confirms services provided and verifies accuracy of invoices versus field tickets.
- Accounts for materials used and assists in inventory reconciliation as required.
- Provides technical assistance to Regulatory, Accounting and Production Engineering Technicians.
- Ensures timely and accurate data and reports from Technicians and contract specialists.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience working in oilfield construction highly desired. A solid mechanical aptitude and functional understanding of common oil pumping units and how tank batteries are installed as well as other well-site fixtures are preferred.
