Zeem Solutions is an e-Fleet-as-a-Service (eFaaS) provider for small, medium and large fleet operators focused exclusively on commercial electric vehicles (CEV). We assist fleet operators with the formulation and integration of a tailored, comprehensive EV strategy that bundles the vehicle, maintenance, charging and overnight parking for one monthly cost. Zeem is looking for a Vice President of Sales to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader to our Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams. This leader will ensure Zeem remains customer focused and will identify short and long-term growth opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, marketplace dynamics, and company / customer strategies.
You will be responsible for:

Managing and developing a team of Senior and Junior Sales Associates, building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners across all of Zeem’s markets

Demonstrating creative leadership in the sales effort to expand the transportation client base, including existing account expansion

Structuring, negotiating and closing complex and sophisticated deals involving top level decision makers within the transportation industry

Defining and implementing repeatable sales strategies, processes, and tactics that support the achievement of team goals

Monitoring and managing team goals and performance and ensuring the team understands how their work aligns and relates to broader business goals and strategies

Coaching your team to persistently generate customer leads through strategic sales initiatives

Participate actively in the leadership of the company as a member of the company leadership team

Defining and leading strategic initiatives across your teams and the broader organization

Managing market testing and research, as well as early customer acquisition and management to ensure Zeem’s successful entry into the new market opportunities

Managing through clear OKR’s and KPI’s set to measure activity, wins, revenue targets through management of individual sales pipelines

Creating training and internal processes that will lead Zeem into it’s future anticipated growth

Developing and managing dashboards and integration of salesforce as the ‘single point of truth’ for your sales organization
What you’ll bring to the role:

BS/BA required, plus 15+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the transportation industry

Track record of significant client acquisitions where your personal involvement was key to the close

Track record of successfully managing significant sales accounts with strong retention and growth experiences

Track record of building, coaching, and managing high performance teams

Passion for building relationships with customers

An experienced leader working within Salesforce and managing through clear KPI’s and OKR’s
-
Entrepreneurial and proactive with hands-on approach to take initiative and follow through.
