Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented spa manager/assistant to joining our team at The ChiroSpa. This position involves managing the front desk operations and preparing treatments rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our scheduling software.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure treatment rooms and prepared for each patient.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Process transactions and handle billing queries.
- Assist with the preparation of treatment rooms, including cleaning and setting up necessary tools and supplies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administrative services or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling and billing software.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
