An ID-DD individual is a someone just like us but needs a little more guidance and help with their daily tasks. Requirements: medication certified and cpr certified
Day Shift
1. Daily showers for female residents. (Unless gender count is uneven; then 2 residents will be bathed during this shift)
2. All laundry is done daily (i.e: sheets, pillowcases, blankets, clothes, towels, bibs, washcloths).
3. Trash is to be removed from the house at the end of each shift.
4. All surfaces should be wiped down with antibacterial wipes throughout the day.
5. All bedding (ie: sheets, blankets, pillowcases) will be washed and changed daily after showers have been given.
6. Patients will be turned every 2 hours to protect against skin breakdown and ulcers. Turns will be documented.
7. Residents will be checked and if needed cleaned every 2 hours for incontinence to reduce skin breakdown
8. Floors will be swept 2 times during the shift and mopped at the start of each shift and when soiled.
9. Trash cans will be returned from the street immediately after trash pick-up is complete.
Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
