Job Summary:
The Talent Coordinator will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the functions related to running the people operations of Ace of Montana’s mission and talent strategy. The Talent Coordinator will serve leadership and staff to create a smooth flow of talent including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training and development of employees. The Talent Coordinator is responsible for staying abreast of changes in employment and labor laws/regulations updates, clear communication to the team, administering benefits, and leading Safety efforts.
As part of Ace of Montana’s Mission, the Talent Coordinator is responsible for Impacting Lives Always.
This position reports directly to the Store Leader and/or Company Owner.

- Maintain company culture
- Maintain and report people metrics such as turnover, cost to hire, etc.
- Maintain employee records
- Promote company image as employer in community
- Employee retention
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Maintain wage consistency, compensation programs
- Perform backup payroll duties
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations
- Advise team leads and write job descriptions
- Performs other duties as required

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least two years of human resource management experience is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
