### Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

### Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with library services and resources for elementary students.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
- Knowledge of physical education principles and activities for young children.
- Understanding of education administration policies and procedures.
