**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations of their systems and networks. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to LAN, GPO, DNS, and Firewall - Analyze and resolve technical problems with SCCM and remedy systems - Offer excellent customer service by addressing user concerns promptly and effectively - Assist in maintaining network security by implementing necessary protocols **Experience:** - Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting - Familiarity with LAN, GPO, DNS, Firewall configurations - Knowledge of SCCM for system management - Ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions efficiently - Strong customer service skills to interact with users effectively Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with mobile devices support - Familiarity with network security protocols Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and be part of a dynamic environment where your technical expertise is valued.
