Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Apply skills to repair cabinetry, doors, hardware, sheetrock, tile installation, perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks, and fulfill other duties as required including painting and tilework among other carpentry work.
- Prioritize and promptly respond to work orders, ensuring their completion in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication with Restaurant Managers and other staff members.
- Utilize the maintenance work order program efficiently.
- Report any unsafe conditions to the Facilities Manager or Lead Technician.
- Support the Facilities Manager & Lead Technician with project-related tasks.
- Always adhere to safety procedures.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hold a valid Texas Driver's License and have access to personal transportation.
- High School diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent education is required.
- Must have a basic set of hand tools.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or moving heavy loads weighing 50 lbs. or more.
- Competence in operating all equipment essential to job functions, including hand tools, power tools, and lift equipment.
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
- The workplace may frequently expose the teammates to heat/cold and odors.
