Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and assess each child's development and provide individualized support as needed
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Experience
-4K Teacher must have Associate Degree
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in nannying or providing care for infants and toddlers is beneficial
