Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform wire forming
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in CAD software for programming CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with lathe operation and programming is a plus
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of press brake machine operation is desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Pay: $19.19 - $20.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
