Spanish Speaking its a must!. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the kitchen to lead our team of culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have years of experience working in restaurants and high-quality hotels, and will be capable of managing the daily operations of both kitchen staff and front-of-house employees. Our Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring that meals are served correctly, on time, and with a high level of customer service. The position requires direct supervision of kitchen staff as well as administrative responsibilities such as completing staff schedules, ordering food and supplies, and planning menu options.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and oversee kitchen operations, including inventory of food, equipment and supplies.
- Create a daily schedule for staff and monitor performance.,.
- Write and submit reports to the owner on a regular basis.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees.,.
- Ensure that business remains steady and increases in revenue.
