Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our amazing company and culture. This role reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. The Manager, FP&A is responsible for accurately maintaining the flow of financial and operational data from various ERP Systems into the reporting consolidation system. Due to company growth, this position will be critical in assessing and implementing an upgraded consolidation and planning system. The position will also maintain responsibility for the new system’s administration. A solid understanding of data structure, governance, and flow through financial systems is necessary to thrive in this role. Additional responsibilities include reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and general financial support for the organization. The position also participates in the budgeting and forecasting process, which includes training non-financial colleagues, collaboration across the organization, and consolidation of global data. What you’ll do
- Maintain and manage financial data and provide analytical support to our internal customers. This includes processing and reconciling financial data from a variety of sources and systems.
- Act as the administrative lead for the consolidation and planning system, in collaboration with the IT department.
- Support the semi-annual budgeting cycles for the global organization.
- Create actual, plan and future forecast financial reports for management.
- Report on and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multiple areas of the company including Commercial, Operational, and Financial.
- Research, select, and compile financial data from multiple sources, such as sales, operations, accounting, public sources, and vendors. Analyze this data to produce relevant business information used to support decision-making.
- Work with departments to ensure the accuracy of forecast and budget data. Proactively challenge forecast and budget assumptions and ensure the integrity of the calculations and results.
- Identify processes that can be improved through technology or other means, implement those processes, and assess impact for further refinement or deployment.
- Collaborate with departments to develop revenue forecasts and models.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
- Solid knowledge of financial information analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the general ledger.
- Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Solid analytical thinking and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Experience administering financial systems in partnership with IT, EPM, or system administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, consolidation/EPM tools, PowerPoint, and SQL reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field
Minimum Experience: 6+ years financial analysis, accounting, or related field
