Duties:
- Assist the manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, coaching and scheduling
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing
- Monitor sales and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Must be able to lift 25-50lbs regularly
-Must be able and willing to train and become forklift certified.
