Job Title: ISO Representative for an MCA Company
Job Description: Signing on and managing ISO partners
ISO Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with ISOs. Work with them to so they understand our box and submit to us, as well ensuring that their concerns are heard and tended to.
Retention: Add to your CM by carrying client through to PIF or refi
ISO Education: Educate ISOs on the terms, conditions, costs, and repayment structure of the merchant cash advance.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with ISOs throughout the process. Resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during the negotiation or closure process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum one year ISO Rep experience
Excellent negotiation and reasoning abilities.
Strong understanding of the MCA industry, including products, services, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Familiarity with CRM software and Office tools.
Prior relationships with ISOs to sign up
Physical Requirements:
This role is in person typically requires sitting for extended periods, operating standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.

Pay: $38,542.93 - $250,000.00 per year
