As a Launch Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the successful onboarding and launch of new dealers on our platform. You will collaborate with various teams to coordinate and execute the launch process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our partners. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures throughout the launch process.
- Training: Provide training sessions for dealers on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize their success in our program.
- Issue resolution: Identify and address any issue or concern raised by dealers during the launch phase, working closely with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Traveling of 75% to 90% is needed (Approx 20 days a month)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in dealership operations, automotive sales, or automotive marketing.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and dealership staff.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with various software applications and tools; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
