Follow the Georgia Boys BBQ steps of service as a host/hostess and as a to-go specialist (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders, follow cash handling procedure, etc) .
Learn table and seat numbers to expo/deliver food efficiently.
Bus and clean tables to keep a clean and tidy dining room.
Treat your teammates and guests with respect.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the manager on duty.
