We are seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM). Medicaid billing in a long-term care facility is required.

Successful candidates to be considered for the Assistant Business Office Manager position will have the following:

Accounts payable & Insurance Verification

Private Collections
-
Experience with Medicaid / Medicare billing and reimbursements (preferred)

Background in long-term care and rehab setting preferred

Maintain administrative activities in an organized manner

Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager in the processes of billing facility charges. The successful ABOM must maintain administrative activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
