Assistant Center Director-Childcare
Amazing Kidz Academy is now recruiting experienced, caring, energetic, hard-working individuals to join our team as an Assistant Center Director. Be someone who makes a difference in the lives of our children and families and the center staff. As an Assistant Center Director at Amazing Kidz Academy, you will have a hand in all aspects of the center’s daily operations, oversee educational programming, mentor staff and orient new families.
Responsibilities:
· Daily center management
· Curriculum implementation using the Creative Curriculum
· Daily staff management-HR issues and concerns, onboarding new center staff
· Keeping parents informed of center events and happenings
· Conducting enrollment tours and guiding families through the enrollment process
· Achieving and maintaining the DHS requirements according to the 3270 code for
childcare centers
· Achieving and maintaining the Keystone STARS 4 star quality in the center
· Assist and cover for teaching staff when necessary due to breaks, need for assistance, vacations and sick days
· Implementing and enforcing all health and safety standards as set forth by Amazing Kidz Academy as well as state and local entities
· Participation in monthly and biweekly meetings with management
Skills:
· Working knowledge of DHS 3270 code for childcare centers and Keystone STARS performance standards
· Ability to work effectively as a team
· Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to communicate effectively and work productively with colleague,
governmental agencies, center staff and parents in a positive, pleasant and professional manner
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in ECE or related field
· Minimum 1 year experience as PHLpreK/PreK Counts teacher or as Assistant Director
Salary:
$42,000-$52,000 based on experience

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
