We are looking for a self-motivated individual that will provide a safe environment for our patients, as well as an organized practice for our providers.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications needed:
· Education: High school diploma or the equivalent (preferred)
· Customer Service, clerical or Receptionist Service experience (1 year or more) (required)
· Computer skills- medium to expert, Microsoft, etc. (preferred)
· Experience in any medical office, w/basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Organizational Focus: We encourage both our patients as well as ourselves to keep a clean, safe organized practice, and we seek best practices in medicine and business to accomplish this
· Scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling medical records, referrals, verifying insurances, and any other front desk tasks needed. Working closely with the health care provider to provide excellence in these areas in service to our patients
· Handling walk ins, greeting all patients, providers, Sales reps, etc.
· Taking payments and collecting co pays

· Ability to cross train in other areas of practice in order to achieve smooth flow of operations.
· Ability to handle patient and organizational information in a confidential manner.

· Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals
· Reads, writes, and understands written and oral instructions in English.
· Demonstrated strong organizational skills
· Ability to learn and adapt to various medical situations
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
