Overview:
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general direction of the department manager or designee, the Client Service Coordinator serves as the contact person for clients and is responsible for all client training, presentations, education, and services. This position also participates with the Manager of Client Services in activities and initiatives to develop, outreach, and expand current state contracts.
Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide all client-related training, education, and presentations
- Adhere to appropriate state and federal regulations and departmental policies and procedures.

Provide all client-related customer service activities

Participate in CQI activities within the program

Collaborate with the manager to identify opportunities for outreach and expansion of current state contracts

Coordinate with the Business Analyst and Data Processing staff to ensure accuracy of records

Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

5 years of work experience providing customer service training and education, or related experience
- Ability to meet performance deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to develop and effectively implement client education programs

Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated experience using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing and database products

Ability to travel to off-site locations
