Calvert County Health Department, Behavioral Health Division is looking for a Coordinator Special Programs - Greenspace Coordinator (MRSS Data Analyst). This position is responsible for facilitating the development of an implementation plan to educate and train staff on measurement based care, as well as the use of the measurement based care platform, Greenspace.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
This position is responsible for facilitating the development of an implementation plan to educate and train staff on measurement based care, as well as the use of the measurement based care platform, Greenspace.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND OTHER ASSIGNED DUTIES:
- Coordinate and conduct all training to the use of the measurement based care platform.
- Complete any necessary data entry into the platform to assist with the implementation.
- Monitor use of the platform and ensure accurate collection of data.
- Report outcome data monthly based on information gathered. Outcome measures are to be determined through coordination with Calvert County Behavioral Health leadership.
- Provide ongoing suggestions and strategies to improve use of the measurement base care platform.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings related to this initiative, to include meetings related to the funder of this initiative, as well as those with community partners.
- Ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported according to the time framesPrioritize needs, strategies, and services in development of the implementation plan. Meet with the program staff as necessary and work collaboratively to meet the scope and standards contained herein. Provide progress reports relative to meeting timeline and evaluation goals. Comply with program requirements of the Division and the Department of Health. Provide the Division with copies of any materials, documents that are developed in conjunction with this agreement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: One year of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Health Care Administration classifications or Civil Affairs Specialist specialty codes in the health-related field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.
This is an independent contractor /consultant position with the option of being hired into state-contractual employment.
