Duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Customer Service
· Electronic Medical Record maintenance
· Invoicing
· Client Education
· Appointment Scheduling
Strong multi-tasking skills are necessary in this busy practice. With 12 doctors and a multi- line phone system, the day will fly by. The many clients and their pets that call on the practice will provide ample opportunities to engage and execute top notch customer service. While experience is preferred, we will train the ideal candidate. We are currently Hiring for the 2nd shift:
-Monday- Friday 2pm-close(8pm).
*Saturday 8am-12pm (2 per month)
