Our Facilities Maintenance Division has an opening for a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician I to perform skilled and complex daily activities in the maintenance, repair and construction of public facilities and other structures to include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, alarms, and HVAC. Must be able to communicate effectively with City staff, coworkers, vendors, and anyone else whom you may encounter on the job.

High School graduation or GED equivalent and two (2) years of experience in performing building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and minor construction maintenance and repairs; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
(Plumbing Experience Preferred)
Must possess and maintain valid state Driver's License with an acceptable driving history.
