- Job Title: Tow Truck Driver
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
-Respond to Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Police impounds, Private property towing
- Operate a tow truck to safely load, transport, and unload vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with customers and addressing their concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including mileage, time, and services provided
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
