Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Desk Attendant to join our team. The Desk Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serve as a valued ambassador for our nonprofit arts organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage visitors and direct them to the appropriate location or personnel
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Provide support to staff with basic clerical duties around employee and visitor sign in
Skills:
- Experience in customer support or receptionist roles preferred
- Friendly and upbeat attitude with a genuine interest in positive visitor experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
