We are a global leader in the personal development, professional coaching, and motivational live event industry. Established in 2009, our company has grown to employ over 100 full-time staff, with a dedicated team of 30 professionals in our Enrollment Department (Sales Team).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the personal development and coaching industry.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Act as a brand ambassador and represent our company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
WHAT WE OFFER:
100% remote, full-time position
W2 employment (no 1099)
Competitive compensation ranging from $220,000 to $280,000 annually (inclusive of commission and annual/monthly bonuses)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of demonstrated excellence in personal sales within high-ticket, B2C, one-call-close industries.
Proven ability to empower team members with effective skills to enhance their confidence, product knowledge, goal setting, motivation, and client communication.
Track record of contributing to company growth through successful leadership of sales teams.
Creating a positive, nurturing, and supportive work environment that motivates team members to excel.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in notable personal development studies.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
Tech-savvy with various CRMs and adept at quickly learning new software and systems.
Proficiency with Asana Task Management System (or similar).
Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace with a professional non-virtual background.
Proficient in all online communication tools including Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Regular business hours required, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST (minimum of 40+ hours per week).
Flexibility to work weekends and travel for live events (approximately 4-5 times per year).
