Northern Human Services assists and advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities in living meaningful lives.
We are seeking a provider willing to open their home to a young woman with disabilities. She has a great sense of humor and is extremely witty. She benefits from encouragement and assistance with continuing to develop life skills that will enhance her independence and quality of life.
She is extremely interested in exploring new interests, acquiring gainful employment, and continuing with her volunteerism. She would like someone who can introduce her to new crafts and assist her maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Ø As a provider you would be reimbursed to provide support and services in your home.
Ø You will receive a monthly tax free stipend for your services based on the needs of the individual and also a room and board check monthly.
Ø NHS will train you as well as provide an additional stipend for completion of 10 hours of additional trainings per contracted year.
Ø NHS will assist you to set up your home to be NH Certified.
Ø The individual’s team is available to you to support, train, and assist you in success.
Ø You must own or rent your own home.
