Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Business Development for our North/Central/New York Region. The Regional Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for all sales and census development for the communities within the assigned region. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales/Directors of Community Relations
- Provides hiring, training oversight to Sales and Marketing Directors and support in collaboration with Executive Directors.
- PCC-CRM System management
- Develops relationships with professional referral source and networking.
- Oversees and Develops physician network with the Regional Directors of Sales.
- Reviews competitive analysis with Regional Directors of Sales
- Reviews and manages NIC maps/market study with Regional Directors of Sales
- Management of care managers and outside paid referral agencies
- Develops hospital relationships.
- Designs, implements and monitors Census Development strategies
- Reviews and manages new development and pre-marketing plans
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must possess strong leadership skills with an aptitude for creating and incorporating sales strategies and concepts along with ability to suggest/implement operational refinement to maximize return.
- Five (5) years experience in the healthcare field with knowledge of marketing and an emphasis on sales preferred.
- Must possess good communication skills with the ability to speak in public.
- Ability to deal effectively with the public, professionals, associates, and the aged.
- Must be customer service driven, self-motivated, assertive, decisive, and well organized.
- Moderate to extensive travel throughout the state is required.
