Ninety9 Capital seeks a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media and Events Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and event planning and is looking for a flexible work schedule of 15-20 hours per week. The Social Media and Events Manager will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and coordinating various events to promote our brand and engage with our audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our audience
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop a social media strategy, measurement metrics (reports) and content calendar for all social media accounts for the company (Ninety9 Capital, ANLA Management, and Hemani Homes; and the CEO’s personal brand accounts) and actively oversee engagement; adjust strategy as needed to maximize engagement and enhance brand image
- Serve as manager/mentor to the company’s social media coordinator, who is responsible for posting the content regularly, responding to comments and messages, and producing regular measurement reports
- Coordinate and execute events, including workshops, webinars, quarterly investor meetings and annual Investor Day
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute events that align with our brand and business objectives
- Promote events through social media channels and other marketing channels to maximize attendance and participation
- Assist with event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite coordination
- Collect and analyze feedback from events to continuously improve future events and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Experience with event planning and coordination, including budget management and vendor negotiation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners

Pay: $21.45 - $25.84 per hour
