As a Social Gathering Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping us plan and execute engaging events that bring our community together. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, networking, and creating positive experiences for others.
Responsibilities:
**Assist in planning and coordinating social gatherings, including brainstorming ideas, selecting venues, and managing logistics.
**Help promote events through social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
**Welcome attendees, facilitate introductions, and ensure everyone feels included and engaged.
**Assist with setting up and cleaning up before and after events.
**Collect feedback from attendees to improve future gatherings.
Qualifications:
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Strong organizational abilities.
**Passion for building community and fostering connections.
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Previous event planning or volunteer experience is a plus but not required.
